SHIPPING POLICIES
-Please note our shipping options in the shopping cart area.
-As a rule, Fridays and Mondays are our shipping days. (excluding animal/international shipping)
-Personal pickup possible
-Handover at trade fairs such as Hamm and Houten
- Animal shipping only possible by arrangement, but generally to Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland and Austria (all other countries must be requested in advance)
-Animal shipping possible from March to October at appropriate temperatures
-Buyer pays all shipping and service costs
-Any return costs and these that arise from a return shipment are to be borne by the buyer.
-Customs fees and all resulting costs are to be borne by the buyer/end customer/purchaser
-Our goods are sent as parcels and therefore have no tracking and no liability. (The buyer is liable in the event of loss)
-The buyer bears all risks associated with shipping himself
-Animals are excluded from any warranty claims

We only sell animals that are healthy and eat well. If we feel that the animal is not ready, it will not be offered for sale. No refunds will be made if the gecko is mishandled, mistreated and/or not properly cared for after sale. We are not responsible for carrier delays or the death of the gecko when shipping live animals. All animals are health checked, adequately fed, safe and properly packaged before shipping. Geckos drop their tails, often for no apparent reason. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for any tails dropped during shipping or in our care and no refunds will be given for this.
We expressly exclude any guarantee for morph or color determination as well as gender determination.
Please note that the visualizations and colors of our page may vary depending on the playback medium and graphics card.
Attention: our animals are sold exclusively from private to private, so there is no exchange or right of return. We expressly point out that this is just our hobby.
Reservation / Payment
To reserve/purchase one of our geckos, 100% of the total price must be paid. This amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the reservation by the buyer. The payment or deposit cannot be transferred to another animal. The total amount for the gecko must be paid before shipping, at the latest seven days before handover at a trade fair or on the same day when picked up.
